Walk-throughs are priced at $125 or billed hourly. That cost is credited toward your final invoice when you move forward with us.
After the walk-through, we provide a clear, itemized estimate covering labor, materials, and timeline — no vague numbers, no surprises.
A deposit of 15–30% (based on materials needed upfront) is required to add you to our build schedule.
Work starts on schedule. You'll receive regular progress updates and transparent cost reporting throughout the entire project.
